Control of orders prior to execution
We have the right (but not the obligation) to set limits and/or parameters to control your ability to place orders at our absolute discretion. Such limits and/or parameters may be amended, increased,
decreased, removed or added to by us at our absolute discretion and may include (without limitation):
a. controls over maximum order amounts and maximum order sizes;
b. controls over our total exposure to you;
c. controls over prices at which orders may be submitted to include (without limitation) controls over orders which are at a price which differs greatly from the market price at the time the order is submitted to the order book

Changes in the market
Market orders are executed at the bid/ask prices offered through us. Pending orders (stop loss, limit(take profit), entry limit (to buy or to sell), entry stop (to buy or to sell) are executed at the market price requested by you and offered through us.
We reserve the right, at our full discretion, not to execute the order, or to change the quoted price of the Transaction, or to offer you a new quote, in case of technical failure of the trading platform or in case of extraordinary or abnormal fluctuations of the price of the financial instrument as offered in the market.
In the event we offer you a new quote you have the right to either accept it or refuse it, and thus cancel the execution of the Transaction.
Without limitation, we do not accept any liability by reason of any delay or change in market conditions before any particular Transaction is affected.

当社は、当社の完全な裁量により、お客様の注文を管理するための制限および/またはパラメータを設定する権利（義務ではない）を有します。
このような制限やパラメータは、当社の絶対的な裁量で修正、増加、減少、削除、または追加されることがあります。
このような制限やパラメータは、当社の完全な裁量で修正、増減、削除、または追加されることがあり、以下のようなものが含まれます（ただし、これらに限定されるものではありません）。
a. 最大注文額および最大注文サイズに関する制御。
b. お客様に対する当社の総エクスポージャーの管理
c. 注文を出すことができる価格に関する管理。
注文が発注された時点の市場価格と大きく異なる価格での注文に対する管理。
注文がオーダーブックに提出された時点の市場価格と大きく異なる価格での注文の管理。

弊社を通じて提供された、お客様によって要求された市場価格で執行されます。当社は、当社の完全な裁量で、以下を行わない権利を留保します。
当社は、以下の場合、当社の完全な裁量により、注文を執行しない、または本取引の相場価格を変更する、もしくはお客様に新たな相場を提示する権利を留保します。
取引プラットフォームの技術的な不具合が生じた場合、または提供する金融商品の価格が異常な変動をした場合、
当社は、当社の完全な裁量により、注文の執行、取引価格の変更、または新たな提示を行わない権利を有します。
また、取引プラットフォームの技術的な不具合や、市場で提示されている金融商品の価格に異常な変動があった場合、当社はお客様に新たな提示価格を提示することがあります。当社が新たな提示を行った場合、お客様は、その提示を受け入れるか拒否することにより、本取引の実行を中止する権利を有します。
